4. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

• Bookings must be made in advance for guaranteed availability
• Payment is required to confirm reservations
• We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to technical issues

Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice required for cancellations to receive full refund
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit 50% of payment
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

5. Health and Safety Guidelines

For the safety of all participants, the following guidelines must be followed:

• Minimum age of 8 years (with adult supervision under 13)
• Not recommended for pregnant women
• Those with heart conditions should consult a physician first
• People prone to motion sickness should use caution

During Sessions

• Stop immediately if experiencing discomfort
• Do not remove safety equipment during active sessions
• Follow staff instructions at all times

6. Limitation of Liability

NEXUS VR's liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines
• Participants use our services at their own risk
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left on premises
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services
